What excites you most about the work you do?
What excites me most is helping organisations turn the potential of data and AI into meaningful business outcomes. While the technology itself is evolving at an incredible pace, the real value comes from applying it in practical ways that solve problems, improve decision-making, and create lasting impact. I enjoy working with clients to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, turning ambitious ideas into tangible results.
What attracted you to SmartCo?
SmartCo is at a really exciting stage of its journey. The business has built strong foundations, has ambitious growth plans, and what really attracted me was the opportunity to help shape and scale its Data & AI capability. The chance to build on those foundations, lead the next stage of growth, and create something truly impactful alongside a talented and entrepreneurial team was incredibly compelling.

I’m naturally drawn to building things. Whether it’s a new capability, a team, a strategy, or even a personal project, I enjoy starting with an idea and turning it into something tangible. That’s probably why the opportunity at SmartCo appealed to me so much.
